Thinking of Renovating Your Room?

Renovating a room, especially your own room can be hard. Let's face it, who has the time? But if you just can't live in an ugly space anymore and just couldn't take it, then renovation is your only option. Taking on this project in a piece meal fashion, it took me more than a year to complete this renovation. From painting the room to customizing shelves to fit my fish tank, everything had to be done by myself. It is crucial to have a plan before renovating, but if you are looking at minor changes then at least ask for advice from people that are into art and design. It would be a disaster to blindly renovate your room. After gettiing ideas from furniture shops and advice from friends and family, it's time to renovate! Depending on what you are going to do with your room, somethings are meant for professionals. Some examples would be tiling the floor, taking down a wall or electrical installations. Another tip for renovating your room is that you could always customize your furniture to fit and create something new. It really adds a personal touch to your room, and would make your room look amazing! Happy renovating :)
